Refunds and Withdrawals

  • No refunds for missed classes

  • Withdrawing from a class before the season starts must be communicated with Kidz 'n' Kicks Soccer

  • A $15 administration fee applies to all refunds issued

  • When withdrawing mid-season, a pro-rated refund will be issued (less admin fee)

  • If space is available, make up classes can be done at schools with multiple sessions

Registration and Payment

  • Registration begins with a form picked up from your child's school

  • Form should be fully filled and dropped off at the school

  • Payments of check or cash will be dropped off as well

  • Checks should be made out to “Kidz ‘n’ Kicks Soccer Inc”

  • Online registrations and payements are also available on our website

  • Pro-rated price is for classes already in season


  • For purposes of safety and security, Kidz ‘n’ Kicks reserves the right to cancel a session during inclement weather conditions (ie extreme cold, heat or rain)

  • During inclement weather, indoor facilities will be used for the session, if possible

  • If the school has no indoor space, an extra session will be added to the last one

  • Kidz ‘n’ Kicks reserves the right to cancel any season due to insufficient enrollments. A full refund will be made in such situations

Dropping and Picking up kids:

This applies to sessions at the end of the day and also those open to the public:

  • Parents/Guardians should drop kids off, at least 5 minutes before the session begins, and be on time to pick them up after

  • Parents area allowed to watch if they choose to

  • Coaches will leave only after ALL kids have been picked up (Parent cell phone numbers MUST be on file)

  • When running late to pick up your child, please call the school or center where sessions are being held and provide notice

  • If someone else other than the parent will pick up your child, coaches should be informed in advance with full name, relationship and cell number of individual
